David Steinbok, PsyD, is a Boca Raton, Florida psychologist who works with individuals, couples, and families on issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression. Also assisting those with personality disorders, he provides psychotherapy pathways of finding healthy ways of exploring, defining, and working through life challenges. Dr. David Steinbok offers a non-judgmental therapeutic environment that encourages clients to freely and confidentially express daily struggles and emotions, including those stemming from relationship issues.
Dr. Steinbok completed his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and has learned advanced techniques in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Also trained in psychoanalysis, he has extensive knowledge of pathways of uncovering unconscious conflicts and the symptoms by which these manifest.
Dr. Steinbok’s clinical training spans inpatient and outpatient settings, and he delivered cognitive-behavioral therapy to Henderson Mental Health Clinic patients with personality and mood disorders. Dr. David Steinbok has also treated patients at Nova Southeastern University's Intensive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Clinic and worked within the institution’s Program for the Seriously Emotionally Disturbed.
